Executive coaching should be tailored, but it should not feel vague. Whether the coaching is sponsored by an organisation or initiated by an individual leader, the process begins with clarity on the context, the outcomes that matter, and the best way to work together. Sessions can be delivered in person in London, virtually, or in a hybrid format for UK and international clients.

We review progress against the original focus, capture what has shifted, and agree the next steps, whether that is closure, extension, or a new area of development.

Coaching is delivered in person in London, virtually, or in a hybrid format for UK and international clients. Engagements are agreed around the leader’s context, goals and organisational priorities. Some are focused and time-bound, such as support through promotion, transition or a defined leadership challenge. Others run over a longer period to support broader shifts in judgement, influence, executive presence and leadership effectiveness.

Q. What is Executive Coaching and How Does it Differ from from mentoring or consulting

Executive coaching is a structured, goal-oriented partnership focused on unlocking leadership potential and enhancing performance. Unlike mentoring or consulting, coaching empowers leaders to find their own solutions through reflection, challenge, and supported experimentation. Coaching can be seen as inside out- working with you and your inner self, whereas often mentoring is more outside-in, providing information to you.

Q. What is your coaching approach based on?

Our methodology draws on a number of evidence based approaches in an integrated way to meet you unique needs and circumstances. This includes neuroscience informed coaching, cognitive behavioural, positive psychology (including strengths), cross-cultural, compassionate mind, and systemic approaches. We create bespoke journeys aligned to each leader’s unique context.

Q. Is everything confidential?

Yes. Our coaching adheres to ICF and EMCC codes of ethics. Confidentiality is fundamental, how can a coachee be open otherwise (openness helps you get the most out of coaching). More on this in our first session.

Q. How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

We offer packages from a one-off 60-minute intensive through to nine-month journeys. Most clients opt for 6–12 sessions over 6–9 months, often aligning with promotion transitions or change mandates.

Q. Is Executive Coaching Worth It?

These include increased clarity, stronger decision-making, more confident leadership presence, increased self-awareness, improved stakeholder relationships, and faster traction in driving strategic outcomes. It is typical to track results via self-assessments and stakeholder feedback.
