About Eve Coaching and Consulting®
Executive & Team Coaching for Senior Leaders Navigating Complexity
Former Fortune 100 transformation, innovation, and leadership development • MSc Coaching & Behaviour Change (Henley) • PCC (ICF)
I’m Edwin Eve (ICF PCC, MSc Coaching & Behaviour Change) founder of Eve Coaching and Consulting. I lead engagements personally, and when scale is needed I bring a small bench of vetted associates under clear standards and supervision.
Over a long career I was fortunate to deliver across many industries and roles including transformation, innovation and leadership development in the world of dynamic complex matrix Fortune 100s.
I made change stick in complex and demanding business environments and trained, mentored and coached hundreds of other leaders to do likewise.
Here’s the main ways I help leaders, teams and organisations today:
Executive Coaching: I partner with ambitious leaders and emerging talent to help you not just meet your goals but thrive – in your careers, businesses, and personal lives.
Developing impactful high-value creating teams: Whether you’re building a new team from scratch or evolving an existing one.
Hogan Psychometric Assessments & Coaching: Self-awareness is the foundation of great leadership.

How We Can Work Together
-
Executive Coaching (1:1)
Clearer thinking, stronger presence, better decisions under pressure.

-
Leadership Team Coaching
Work with the real dynamics - trust, power, conflict and the conversations that don’t happen.

-
Assessment Led Coaching (Hogan)
Evidence-based insight into strengths, derailers and values - translated into action.

How We Work with Leaders and Teams
Leadership isn’t just tools and models. It’s how you think, relate, and decide under pressure.
I tend to work at three levels:
You as a leader
Your patterns under pressure, decision-making defaults, blind spots, and the internal story driving your behaviour.Your leadership team
How you decide together, what doesn’t get said, where you avoid conflict or accountability, and how trust actually functions.Your wider context
Culture, incentives, stakeholder expectations, history, and the unwritten rules shaping everyone’s behaviour.
“My job is to give you a space where you can be completely honest, get challenged respectfully, and move forward with more clarity than you walked in with.”
I use evidence-based coaching methods from neuroscience, cognitive-behavioural, positive psychology, cross-cultural, compassionate mind, systemic and psychodynamic work – but I’ll only ever talk about models if they help you. Most of our time is spent on your real situations, not on theory.

Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: capability is already there - our job is to remove what blocks it and build what sustains it.
I work as a thinking partner. Together we focus on:
Clarity: what matters, what’s true, and what’s being avoided
Deepening self-awareness that unlocks choice on how you want to be
Behaviour change: translating insight into new habits under pressure
System awareness: how culture, incentives, power and relationships shape outcomes
Supportive challenge: direct, respectful conversations that are psychologically safe and commercially real
Where coaching is sponsored, I use clean contracting so expectations and confidentiality are clear and coaching doesn’t drift into politics or dependency.
